A final report will be written to advance the project execution procedures with all the guarantees required

The technicians of the Ministry of Education and those responsible for drafting the project have made a joint work visit this morning on the plot that will house the new school of Pliego.

After the visit, it was agreed to carry out an additional study of the terrain that will allow detecting, if there are any, areas that once the works started could be a condition for them, something usual in actions of this type, in order to advance in your treatment and avoid delays and extra costs.

Thanks to this action, technicians will have enough information to adapt the execution of the works to the characteristics of the land, if necessary.

In any case, and as already advanced by the technicians responsible for the development of the project, all these possible conditions are already provided in the documentation submitted to the Ministry so, once the technical unit of the same has the results of the latter actions, it will be possible to continue with the procedures of execution of the project with all the required guarantees and with the security that once the works are started, there will not be any unforeseen event that implies modifications or delays that could have been previously avoided.

The performances today come after the meeting between the Ayntamiento de Pliego and the Ministry of Education last week in which both administrations showed their priority over these works.

The viability of the plot on which the future school of Pliego will be built has been studied with great interest by all parties, in a rigorous way, trying not to leave any loose ends.

It is true that these studies have required a lot of work and dedication on the part of all, but we are reassured that finally all the guarantees that a project of this type deserves will be available and that all the parties will have all the information and certainties necessary on the suitability of the chosen site.
