This social services user information system (SIUSS) will allow all regional data to be centralized in a single server
This morning a meeting was held at the Council of Family and Equal Opportunities to which the mayor of Pliego and president of the Commonwealth of Social Services of the Mula River, Pedro Noguera, attended.
In this meeting agreements have been signed between the Community, 12 municipalities and four associations, among which are ours, to unify the information available about each user of social services and arrive at a single file that brings together the history of the people served through this system.
The Social Services Users Information System (SIUSS) allows the use of all the mandatory data and reports that the professionals of the Primary Care Social Services centers of the town halls perform, both in the instruction and in the processing of procedures related to the Counseling
Thus, from now on, the user license for the implementation and exploitation of the SIUSS software package to local corporations is transferred.
In this way, the SIUSS data will be hosted on a server in the Community, and local entities will directly access the data of the users' file.
Pedro Noguera said that "this progress is very positive because it will optimize the entire issue of information resources and unify person-to-person all their history so as not to have to inconvenience excess of paperwork in many cases repeated and a centralization of the trajectory of each person that requires the social services that we develop through the Commonwealth ".
