It will be built on an unbuilt plot close to the old forest shed, the house will have 56 m2 and will include a main room, garage and warehouse
The Municipality of Pliego has solved the situation of blockade that dragged the municipal camping for almost 20 years.
The government team together with the pertinent reports of the technicians has promoted a swap of land so that the foresters can have their shed in another place and leave free way to the campsite can be operated as tourist and hospitality.
The town council has carried out a project for the construction of a new forest house in the town through a plot chosen for its new construction.
It is an unbuilt plot, very close to the west entrance of the municipality's campsite, precisely where the old forest house is located.
The project with which the consistory works proposes the execution of a building booth, on the ground floor, of 56 m2, which includes three independent rooms: a main room, garage-storage room and toilet.
Likewise, it has a Bid Base Budget of 34,193.57 euros, as a total cost, including costs of material, labor, machinery and the corresponding taxes.
For the mayor of Pliego, Pedro Noguera, this was a priority measure to take because he could not miss another minute in the exploitation of facilities that have to serve as tourist and economic engine of the municipality.
"With all the steps we are taking to promote our heritage, our natural environment, having here the headquarters of the Commonwealth of Tourism, it was very important to unclog the issue of the campsite and after too many years paralyzed, we will make this exchange of land with which to be able to take out these facilities ".
