Young people have been proposed for sanction for non-compliance with the measures established by Royal Decree 463/2020, which declared a state of alarm. The investigation began when the Civil Guard learned of the publication of a video on a well-known social network in which several young people appeared, gathered in the facilities of the municipal camping of Pliego, celebrating a birthday. The investigations carried out by the agents made it possible to find out that, apparently, the young people accessed the premises through a break in the perimeter fence.
They then entered the bar / restaurant building, the door of which was broken.
The campsite has never developed the activity for which it was designed. After numerous efforts, the Civil Guard has identified and located the seven youths, three of them residents of Mula and four of the municipality of Pliego, who have been formulated sanction proposals for failure to comply with the measures established in the Royal Decree 463/2020, by which the state of alarm was declared. The complaints will be forwarded to the Government Delegation in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
