Live old music will play again in Pliego this Friday, September 25 at 8:30 p.m.
with Silvia Márquez performing a concert that should have sounded at the end of July and that could not be performed because of the pandemic. Now, thanks to the commitment of the Town Hall of Pliego and the collaboration of the University of Murcia, among others, attendees will be able to enjoy a repertoire for harpsichord in such a special location as the Ermita de los Remedios. The program she will perform, called "Clavicembulante", she describes it as "a close, participatory, entertaining and adaptable concert." She adds that "Clavicembulante is a project that aims to make the key known by taking it out of its usual rooms to everyday or unlikely places, thus bringing it to all audiences". With the support of the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Region of Murcia, and with the collaboration of Early Music Project, this concert that would have been framed within the Plan Noches al Raso of the Community of Murcia and the ECOS Festival, find a new date in the same location where it was planned. However, this is not the only concert to be held in Sierra Espuña this fall.
The new date for the Olalla Alemán concert in Aledo has already been confirmed, which will be October 31, and we are working with the Totana City Council so that the other postponed concert, that of Cantoría in the Totanero municipality, can be relocated in the next few months.
