The Autonomous Community has paid 50,000 euros for the installation of grids for the collection of surface water in several streets of the town of Pliego, which will prevent damage in the event of heavy rainfall. The general director of the Natural Environment, Fulgencio Perona, yesterday supervised the action carried out in the streets Triso, Granados, Traves a de Granados, Circunvalaci n de Parque Cañadas and Pinares, accompanied by the mayor of the town, Antonio Hu scar. These are transverse grids, which cross the entire width of the street, and which are located at strategically chosen points, where there is the possibility of connecting them with tubed ravines or piped ditches that run in the vicinity of your location.
