The Reading Club Pliego, consisting of twenty women from the city, today celebrated the end of the course in a time of coexistence, in the old municipal shelter, which was attended by the director of the Institute for Women in the Region (iMRM) , Teresa Moreno, and the mayor of the town, Isabel Toledo, who took time out to learn about the activities held throughout the year related to reading.

Currently, the municipalities of Abarán, Archena, Fortuna, Santomera Cehegín, Puerto Lumbreras Ricote, Caravaca de la Cruz and Pliego, Pasapágina develop the program, especially for women living in rural and interested in reading.
