The Director General of Planning and Housing states that have already received 71 applications of the town, belonging to the first phase of ARI
The Community and the City of Pliego studied this week Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area (ARI) Moorish district of the town during a meeting between the Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, and the mayor of the town, Isabel Toledo.
The director general said that the meeting was moved "in the development of ARI's that exist currently 71 applications already processed in full and are awaiting the completion of the works by the property owners order of reforms ".
The ARI is an administrative figure rehabilitation designed to neighborhoods in need of action that aims to renovate the buildings and their environment singularity, to preserve the regional real estate assets.
Yolanda Muñoz noted that "although the records refer to Specification Housing Plan 2009-2012 and is now closed, they are in effect until the completion of the said works ARI".
Also, the CEO addressed the mayor of Pliego new lines of aid covered by the new State Housing Plan 2013-2016 for the regeneration of historic districts.
So, Yolanda Muñoz, said the Ministry of Public Works and Planning will work in coordination with the municipality so that it can benefit from the support measures posed the Ministry of Development.
