The Status Committee Member of the Regional Assembly of Murcia has known this morning the report of the Secretary General of the Chamber, in which Isabel Toledo Gomez is affected by any circumstance of incompatibility for legal tenure as deputy of the Regional Assembly Murcia, according to the recent judgment of the Superior Court of Murcia.
The Commission has agreed to move the contents of the report to the deputy, and allow time for presenting claims which conclude next Monday, July 28.
The Deputy Status Committee will meet then to study the allegations, if any, and develop an opinion.
At the meeting held this morning, the Status Committee Member of the Regional Assembly of Murcia, has learned and reviewed the files sent by the Register of Interests of Senior Officers of the Regional Administration, concerning statements made by cessation or Appointment and changes to information already in the registry.
The Commission has also considered the report by the Legal Services, unappreciative performance incompatibility for vice president of the Joint Committee on Transfer-Central Administration Autonomous Community of Murcia by Vicente Martinez Pujalte.
