The deputy spokesman of the Socialist Group, Joaquín López finally appreciated that the Regional Assembly is finalizing the procedures for making decisions on regional deputy continuity and Isabel Toledo.
López Pagán confirmed that the Status Committee Member of the Regional Assembly of Murcia has known us the report of the Legal Services of the House, where it is stated that the current mayor of Pliego, Isabel Toledo, also deputy of the PP, are concerned by in case of legal incompatibility for performing the duties of deputy of the Regional Assembly of Murcia, as contained in a judgment of the Superior Court of Murcia.
Socialist MP said that this process was initiated at the request of the Socialist Parliamentary Group last June, considering that this situation should be analyzed by such Committee, with the aim is to ensure strict compliance with the law and good democracy.
