The Minister of Education and Universities met with the mayor of the town
The Ministry of Education and Universities will invest 1,187,440 euros in the Public School and Primary Pliego, where next year a new pavilion for pupils aged between three and six years and a school canteen will be built, as reported the Minister Maria Isabel Sanchez-Mora, today met with the mayor of the town, Ramona Jimenez.
The tender dossier of the drafting of the work already being processed, said the minister, who informed the mayor of all the planned improvements in the public school in the town and in other educational facilities in the municipality.
The new pavilion kindergarten CEIP Pliego, accommodating 150 students, will have six classrooms equipped with a toilet and a polyvalent room.
The new building will also have common spaces for management and the school management, teachers room with toilets, rooms for student support and spaces for the Association of Parents.
A new cafeteria of 200 square meters and space for storage, cleaning and non-teaching staff will also be built.
In total 795 square meters of floor area.
Sanchez-Mora said that "the regional government is important that the students have the best possible facilities in the centers, as well our strategy of '+ Educational Quality + School Success' follows, and we work to have better schools ".
