The Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport has funded with 349,218 euros conditioning called Historic Joint Statement, an action that affects the Plaza Mayor and the Square and the Calle Mayor and Juan de La Cierva the municipality.
This action is the result of the agreement that the Ministry of Public Works has signed with the City Council Statement, which, in turn, has also contributed to the financing of development works with 116,406 euros.
The rehabilitation work that has already begun, involving the restructuring of urban public space more representative of the municipality, considered the nerve center of the town, since it converges much of the activity that takes place in the village, as events to mark the festival of San Isidro, the Christmas craft market or regularly organizes various activities that the City Council.
Among the buildings that make up two places, which occupy a total area of 4,451 meters square, include the Big House has been renovated to house the Town Hall and the House of Commendation, two emblematic buildings will benefit from the comprehensive upgrading of the area.

Finally, paving, new lighting and street furniture to be installed in both places, are the unifying elements of the whole, and their restoration seeks to achieve a walkable space that represents an improvement of civic life and how to control vehicular traffic in the area.
The general director of Housing and Architecture, Mark Nogueroles, has called this action "of great interest because it is the comprehensive restructuring of public space more representative of the List".
